Ordering & Payment

  • Ordering: All orders placed through our Wix site are subject to confirmation. Please ensure that your order details, including product specifications and shipping information, are correct.

  • Payment: We accept various forms of online payment for your convenience. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

    • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, China UnionPay, JCB, Diners Club, Discover, Electron, and Maestro.

    • Mobile Payments: Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Shipping Policies

  1. General Shipping Information:

    • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days of payment confirmation.

    • All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided.

    • We currently ship to addresses within the USA only

    • For security and fraud prevention:

      • Orders are shipped to the billing address provided at checkout

      • We are unable to change or redirect shipping addresses after purchase

    • Please ensure all information is correct before placing your order.
       

  2. Invalid or Suspicious Addresses:

    • We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or invalid, including:

      • Freight forwarding addresses.

      • Unverifiable or incomplete addresses.

      • Multiple orders placed with conflicting information.

      • Mismatched billing and shipping addresses: If we detect potential fraud, we may request additional verification before shipping.
         

  3. Address Verification and Fraud Prevention:

    • We may require additional verification for certain orders, including:

      • Confirmation of billing and shipping information.

      • A request for government-issued ID matching the name and address on the order.

    • Failure to comply with verification requests may result in order cancellation.
       

  4. Shipping Delays and Liability:

    • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as ‘Delivered’ by USPS.

    • Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier

    • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
       

  5. Cancellations and Refunds:

    • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

    • Canceled orders are subject to a non-refundable 3% processing fee.

    • Refunds for canceled orders will be issued minus the 3% processing fee.

    • We do not provide refunds for:

      • Carrier delays

      • Packages marked as delivered

      • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
         

  6. No Returns – All Sales Are Final:
    • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is shipped.
    • Please double-check your order before confirming to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.

     

  7. Signature Confirmation for High-Value Orders:

    • For orders over $300, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery to ensure safe and secure receipt.
